The holiday apartment, number 20 Nautilus, is owned and furnished by the architect. In 2005 the building won the only Royal Institute of British Architects annual award for architecture in Devon and Cornwall and it was featured in numerous publications.
A second property Number 28 Nautilus will be available from July 2009. This is furnished in the same contemporary style and equipped to the same high standard as number 20.
